4. How do I prepare my quilt top1. Square quilt as best as possible 2. Cut all loose threads 3. Press seems as flat as possible to prevent bunching when being quilted (backing should also be pressed) 4. Do not leave any pins or embellishments on the fabric as it can damage the machine 5. Make sure backing and batting (if providing) is at least 6 inches long on each side of the quilt top to account for shifting during the quilting process 6. Ship your quilt to me! (I will press any seams from shipping if needed)

5. What kind of machine do you haveI have a brand new APQS Lucey with Quilt Path robotics
-
6. Can I mail my quilt to youYou can absolutely mail your quilts to me, in fact, I would love that! I love my local quilters but my true love is in modern quilting and I see some really amazing quilters who are too far away from me to be able to just drop their tops off! Please wrap your materials in a plastic bag before boxing (garbage bags work!) as a extra layer of protection. I find USPS has the best rates for shipping and they include a $50 dollar insurance and tracking number. I am happy to increase the insurance depending on what we discuss. You are responsible for shipping to me and back to you, but watch for specials! A few times a year I include this with the quilting.

8. How long does this take?I have a VERY fast turn around! My turn around at the moment is 7 days, but may be less depending on how busy I am!
